Plans are in progress, under the Phase-II expansion program to expand this facility and install a “Formulation Facility for I- 131 Radio-pharmaceutical Products”. Provision for I-131 (capsules and soln.) plant in the existing facility. The plan and the application are ready for submission to the regulatory authority.

Iodine -131

Plans are in progress, to install a “Formulation Facility at Manesar ( Gurgram), Haryana for Iodine- 131 ” comprising Iodine-131 capsules and solution.

Medical Cyclotron

Plans are in progress to install a medical cyclotron of 18 MeV and 300 uA at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh for production of F18 based tracers comprising FDG, F-PSMA, F-DOPA. The plant also has a provision to produce other radioisotopes such as Ga68, Cu-64, C-11, N13, Zr.
